From 1970's Very Eavy Very Umble debut, to their latest stunning CD Outsider and DVD Live tour at KOKO in London, Uriah Heep has seen more ups and downs in her 45 years of existence than the biggest of all the roller coasters.

Now, almost 50 years after the group's creation, the sun seems to shine on Mick Box and Uriah Heep, and Uriah Heep is one of the few groups of historical acts that do everything a group needs to do to be considered vital. He tours extensively around the world and regularly records and releases full-length, exceptionally high-quality, outstanding records that continue to capture the imagination of their fan base. If there is another band born in 1969 that has remained as engaged with their fans as Heep, all the power to them. But for Mick Box, music has never been a competition. The competitors he and Heep will continue to air their numerous positivity messages around the world and attract new fans along the way.
