To stay energized, Cluster offers video sports lessons.
A 45-minute training session, a succession of workshops, among more than 80 exercises, of limited duration, carried out with body weight or accompanied by equipment, to surpass oneself thanks to the group spirit.
Based on the HIIT method - High Intensity Interval Training - we sequence the intensity, alternate the workshops, follow the laps, so as not to see the minutes go by and find the energy to surpass ourselves together.
