The company that sparkles offers you a moment of escape every day from Tuesday to Friday at 1:00 pm, with a reading of theatrical or literary text live, 5-10mn, by Peggy Pexy Green, in the tone that you like.
It is indeed the internet users who will decide the respective emotions / states / moods of two readings of the same monologue.
These 5 minutes of reading will be done on sight, without preparation or repetition, improvised according to your proposals, in the pleasure of the moment, in this period in COVID19 confinement.
The idea is to immerse yourself in these delicious texts, together, for 10 minutes and play to color this moment with the tone that you like.
The list of extracts (one per day) already read includes:
'A streetcar named desire' by Tennessee Williams
'The two-headed eagle' by Jean Cocteau
'Kitchen and outbuildings' by Agnès Jaoui and Jean-Pierre Bacri
'Who's afraid of Virginia Woolf?' by Edward Albee
'Whole Days in the Trees' by Marguerite Duras
'Biography of hunger'
'The waves' by Virginai Woolf
'Embroidery' by Marjane Satrapi
Several texts are taken from the book "Great monologues of classical and contemporary theater" by Dominique Taralon, thank you to her for this precious source.
The week of April 14 to 17 will be SPECIAL contemporary European AUTRICES, not to be missed!
Come from Tuesday to Friday, on our page The company that sparkles, from Tuesday March 24, from 1 p.m. sharp to participate with your suggestions, have fun and enjoy a few words of love at the theater and improv .
