Trained photographer and passionate about time, a notion that is often missing in our current realities and in the photographic practice which has become widespread thanks to digital techniques. I always wanted to take that time back. Film photography requires me to take it up again in terms of framing, working with light, printing. It was with this in mind that very early on I also moved towards the pinhole camera. This technique forces us to work photo by photo and therefore to think about our image, to take the time of the lab and the exhibition, of the wonder of the appearance of the image and the magic of the encounter with this technique quite close to the first photo printing in history.
