In the English countryside, Shaun the Sheep, a mischievous fellow, is fed up with his humdrum farm life. He devises a meticulous plan to get a day off, but things don't go quite as he expected. The farmer finds himself in the city, completely amnesiac. Shaun and the other animals try to help him regain his memory while avoiding the many dangers of the city. They must be especially wary of a dogcatcher determined to capture them. A beloved character among young Britons, Shaun the Sheep makes a brilliant transition from the small screen to the big screen, retaining the intelligent humor that is the hallmark of producers Nick Park and Peter Lord.
