At De Feierwon, local craftsmanship takes center stage! The restaurant works closely with local producers such as Les Paniers de Sandrine, Les Moulins Kleinbettingen, and Ferme de Meyrishaff in Tandel, true ambassadors of the skills and authenticity of Luxembourg’s culinary heritage.

On the plate, each culinary creation is a genuine tribute to the flavors of the country: carefully selected ingredients, heartfelt recipes, and a touch of creativity to bring out the full potential of the region.

New suggestions appear on the menu every week, perfect for regulars as well as first-time visitors. For those who like to share (or not), a generous country-style platter is a great way to start, ideal for an aperitif!

For starters, the rustic smoked herring salad rivals the sautéed mushrooms on country bread.

The main courses are generous: local specialties like the famous Bouchée à la Reine, with its delightfully crisp puff pastry, or the ever-popular Gromperekichelcher, take center stage. For meat lovers, the Côte de bœuf du terroir is an absolute favorite!

Then comes the decisive moment: dessert. It’s impossible to resist the grand cru chocolate fondant, truly an experience worth savoring (we bet you’ve never had chocolate quite like this!). And if the famous rice pudding appears on the menu, one piece of advice: go for it!
