At Azur, every dish tells a story… a story of authentic French culinary expertise. Chef Christophe Deparday draws on his experience in Michelin-starred restaurants to offer traditional, generous, and refined cuisine. Here, everything is simmered with care: slow cooking, delicate reductions, lengthy preparations… all precise techniques to reveal unique flavors.

On the menu? The great classics of French gastronomy: bouchée à la reine, boeuf bourguignon, canard confit, poulet rôti (yes, the one we love to devour on Sundays)... and matured meats that melt in your mouth.

On the seafood side, the stars take center stage: the traditional scallop risotto, the famous Sole Meunière, grilled squid with squid ink tagliolini and tarragon...

Not forgetting the little pleasures to share (or not!): roasted camembert, cooked ham croque monsieur, Comté and Parmesan cheese, focaccia Niçoise, charcuterie and cheese platters… a real delight to nibble on.

For those with a sweet tooth, Judith Maciá delivers a knockout: Tarte Tatin, crispy Millefeuille, creamy rice pudding, and Floating Island topped with her delicious crème anglaise…
