Head to D'Ceviche & Brasa in Esch-sur-Alzette, a lovely spot that puts Peruvian cuisine in the spotlight. On the menu: fresh ceviches, charcoal-grilled dishes and Peruvian specialties prepared with fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. Between the ceviche clásico, lomo saltado and causa limeña, you can definitely come with an empty stomach. For a first visit, Fany recommends the lomo saltado, a tender beef stir-fry with onions, tomatoes and cilantro, served with fries and white rice. If you’d rather go for smaller treats, you can try their corn dough steamed in a banana leaf, or their fried cassava sticks.
