The cheerful team dropped by Coppers and, to be honest, it’s one of our favourite spots in Belval! Every day, the team presents its little suggestions of the moment. Wonderful offerings, each more tempting than the last. Around fifteen burgers on the menu! You can even choose your bun. And if you fancy a gluten-free burger, jackpot: you get your little bun too! All the burgers are 100% halal. If you come for lunch from Tuesday to Friday, you’ll get an amazing mega discount on your burger. And their homemade sauces… Oh là là! You absolutely have to try the truffle mayo! And then, the most indulgent, most INSANE recipe we devoured: the Burger Perdu. A brioche bun made French-toast style, flavoured with vanilla and cinnamon, with Nutella, diced mango, whipped cream and Bourbon vanilla ice cream. Don’t miss it, DO NOT miss it: an absolute killer! The mocktails are just as good as the cocktails! Big shout-out to the Coppers Lemonade and the Peach-Illicious: truly deliciouuusssss! And to top it all off, the staff are lovely! But Coppers isn’t just a burger restaurant in Belval. It’s also a place that takes you on a journey through the different stages of the day. The Day Menu represents their Urban Kitchen, while the Nightboard takes over with a night menu and a selection dedicated to the “clubbing” side.
