Urban nature sketching - Workshop (EN)
Exploring the outdoors with a sketchbook
In this workshop series, we embark on a journey of discovery for both young and old through the local fauna and flora – all with pen and paper!
Whether it’s wildflowers, nocturnal animals, or birds, biodiversity surrounds us every day, even in city life. How can we recognize it and protect it better in the future?
Together with the museum team and artist Vivi, participants will learn to sharpen their perception by putting their observations and questions on paper. It’s not about creating perfect drawings, but about paying close attention and rediscovering nature. Because when it comes to sketching, there’s no right or wrong – only good observations! The most important thing: your curiosity.
With Vivi Vo Le - a media designer and artist with a deep passion for nature, especially for birds. With her sketchbook and binoculars, she explores her surroundings and captures her observations in vibrant drawings. For her, it’s not just about drawing, but about staying curious and fostering a deeper understanding of our environment. Only by closely observing nature – learning to appreciate its forms, colors, and unique traits – can we develop an awareness of its protection.
