Individuals who want to expand their skills, change professions, or advance their careers are eligible for assistance with further education.
The assistance measures, which are accessible under certain conditions, can take the following forms:
Paid special leave: Individual training leave, language leave or youth leave for training, where the remuneration is taken over
Organization of working hours: personal arrangement of working hours or unpaid leave, so that the employee can organize his training according to his working hours and availability
Financial assistance: tax deductibility, financial assistance for higher education studies, Erasmus+ program…
The various measures to simplify the procedures for accessing training are presented.
The information event will be offered as an in-person event (limited spaces) and will be broadcast live simultaneously. Participants in the in-person event will also have the opportunity to ask questions immediately after the event.
