In this workshop, we will learn about honey in collaboration with local beekeepers. We will explore the production process from the bee to the jar of honey and understand the differences between industrial products and local high-quality honey. Topics include health, biodiversity, sustainability, and local production. The workshop concludes with making a honey cake using regional products. This workshop is aimed at children aged 10 and older.
