National Day of Remembrance of the Slave Trade, Slavery, and Its Abolition
On May 10th, to honor the National Day of Remembrance of the Slave Trade, Slavery, and Its Abolition, the library invites you to readings focused on this theme.
The event will also highlight Aimé Césaire, a French writer and politician, and a founding and prominent figure of the literary movement Négritude.
Good to know
The readings will take place on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the media library, offered by the “Tales and Poetry” group.
