Laura Bofill (*1983 Barcelona) is a Spanish painter who completed her studies in Barcelona and New York and has developed skills in various artistic fields such as graphic design, photography, and textile design. Following these experiences, she decided to focus on combining photography and painting. After graduating from university, Laura Bofill started working in her family studio, where she began experimenting with new materials like resin, to this day. Her work has been exhibited in various galleries across Europe and North Africa, and she has participated in international art fairs in Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and Shanghai. Susanne Auslender (*1964, Saarbrücken) lives and works in Berlin, Germany. The artist pursued her studies and graduated in 1990 from Munich. Since then, the visionary artist has participated in renowned art fairs. Auslender’s sculptures represent contrasts: she utilizes rough and heavy wood cut with a chainsaw, while delicately focusing on flowers as the primary subject. Afterwards, the sculptures are painted in bright colors to highlight them magnificently. Her oversized sculptures are also found in public spaces in Germany. This marks the artist’s first exhibition in Luxembourg.
