This 3-hour workshop allows you to discover the Yantra and take your first steps in sacred geometry.
The term "Yantra" comes from the Sanskrit words "yam," meaning "instrument" or "the essence of an object," and "tra," meaning "trana," meaning to free from bondage.
Yantra essentially means liberation from birth and rebirth. More simply, the yantra is the instrument used in meditation to achieve liberation of the senses and a deep meditative state.
In Hinduism, a yantra symbolizes a truth, a quality of the world: Universal love, the supreme truth, ... It is a visual support used in meditation just as the mantra is a vocal support.
Meditating on a yantra is said to give access to oneness with the concept linked to it.
The shapes that compose it, triangles, squares, circles convey conscious content through their known meaning, but they also challenge unconscious psychic structures.
These compositions of proportionate and centered geometric signs are reminiscent of mandalas.
A Yantra is the yogic equivalent of the Buddhist Mandala. It literally means a "machine" or visual instrument that aids in meditation.
I will assist you in creating your yantra with the appropriate tools.
You will find at your disposal: sheet, compass, ruler, set square, protractor, pencils, felt-tip pens, markers, ...
Then, you can color or paint on your own, as you wish!
During this workshop, I offer you grounding and gratitude meditations.
Duration: +/- 3 hours
Participation: €55/person - places limited to 6 people
No prerequisites necessary.
All equipment is provided.
✅ Registration: [email protected]

"Whoever is able to sit for a moment in silence, no matter how urgent his obligations, will draw much strength from it."
— Swami Satyananda

"THE FEMININE AND MASCULINE QUALITIES THAT ARE PRESENT
IN THE SRI YANTRA, ARE IN US, AND THEY ARE IN
BALANCE IN THE CENTERED ONE. PAINTING AND MEDITATING
WITH THE SRI YANTRA ARE VERY GOOD TOOLS FOR
FINDING THIS INNER BALANCE, BECAUSE PAINTING IS A
MEDITATION. "
