On Friday, June 27th, at 7 PM, join us for a unique evening dedicated to food and wine pairing. Discover a 6-course menu crafted by Chef Alessandro, highlighting Roman flavors and Lazio grape varieties such as Bellone, Cesanese, Syrah, and Viognier. Each dish will be paired with a selection of wines from Domaine Casale del Giglio, with live commentary from the producer.
