Through their voices, a treasure hunt unfolds to understand the actions of the teenager. With live percussion making Sara’s breaths and heartbeat perceptible, the show delves into the mind of the young girl shaken by social and environmental crises. What happens when a child no longer seeks to confront her parents’ generation? When she decides to retreat from the world, to desert it? Facing this radicality is being put to the test. Musical and poetic, "Welcome Elsewhere" questions Sara’s choice and invites reflection about other ways of existing.
