Join us for one last magical gathering before the summer break, celebrating movement, music, and heartfelt connections!
We're closing the season with a special Contact Improvisation Dance Jam co-facilitated by Anastasia Bezruchko and Tarek Alnabhan, accompanied by live music from Loop Soop and other talented guest musicians. Participate in a wave of spontaneous creation and shared energy in a vibrant community space.
Contact Improvisation is a dance format based on spontaneous movements, shared weight, and a practice centered around trust, touch, balance, and shared momentum, accessible to everyone, beginners and experienced alike.
