This Fresco is an interactive workshop designed like a puzzle to discover how our food and agricultural system works. Do you know what impacts it has on the environment, climate, and society? For approximately two and a half hours, we will explore the connections between the different elements of the system in a fun and collaborative way. In small groups, we will use illustrated maps to understand our food system together. We will connect causes and consequences, create our own fresco, and then discuss possible levers for action.
Topics covered include: sustainable agriculture, hunger, consumer choices, climate and agribusiness.
