These two workshops delve into exploring wild plants for cooking and color extraction, in collaboration with a team comprising a botanist, a chef, a dyeing expert, and designers. During a botanical walk in the Kirchberg area, attendees will learn to identify local edible plants and those used for color extraction. Following this, the practical part will involve culinary experiments and learning natural dyeing techniques on textiles. The workshops are linked, and attending both is mandatory.
