Want to get your hands dirty and learn how to grow your own vegetable garden? Join us for a series of fun and educational workshops, open to everyone, young and old! These workshops include modules such as planning your garden, direct or pot sowing, and many others, with practical advice for beginners and advanced growers.
Workshop 5: Compost, vermicompost and bokashi (even in an apartment!) – Saturday, September 6, as part of the Les Samedis Solidaires event
Learn how to recycle your food waste, with or without a garden, while avoiding smelly or toxic compost. And discover the thousands of lives that thrive there!
Hours: 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Good to know
- Free participation with mandatory registration (places limited to 12-15 participants).
- Children welcome from 7 years old under adult supervision.
- Suitable for people with reduced mobility and seniors.
- Gardening equipment provided.
- The workshops are held in French with the possibility of interaction in English, German or Luxembourgish.
