My theatrical project "Puzzle" is based on an experience in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, where I witnessed an altercation between two women in the street. This absurd and painful scene revealed a troubling societal reality: women resigned to their husbands taking second marriages as a means to escape poverty.
