In this intensive workshop we invite you to delve deeper into yourself and your intimacy. You will experience a range of somatic tools that help you improve your sexual and emotional connections and which you can also use to support others.
This intensive workshop is the first step for people who are interested in our training programme. This innovative programme (January – September 2026) :
- combines three 5-day retreats with ongoing somatic practices at home
- cultivates embodied presence as the foundation for intimacy
- is rooted in a somatic understanding of learning and transformation
- is resource-oriented and trauma-sensitive
- embraces the full diversity of human sexuality — across bodies, genders, ages, orientations, and desires
- offers personalised support throughout the training journey
