Trash is a big problem in Pētruss. The trash can is overflowing and there is trash everywhere. At night, our colleagues hear strange noises and we see strange lights. A little red man is so angry about the trash can that he throws it away!
Together with the children, the park ranger tries to find the culprit. But in the end, it is the Martian who shows the animals and the children how to deal with print differently and how to recycle many things. The play was written by Pit Vinandy. He also built the puppets, is a puppeteer, and plays the park ranger. The Hoplabum puppet theater is a concept in which the audience is fully involved. The park ranger runs through the room and sings with the children. The play includes many moments that leave room for improvisation, depending on how the audience reacts.
