In a supportive environment, connected to your inner wisdom, I support you in regaining inner clarity, calm, and serenity. This method positively supports mental and physical processes, promotes relaxation, and activates your body's self-healing capabilities. Prior to the session, a preliminary discussion helps identify your current concerns to tailor the approach to your needs. This method does not substitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment but can complement and support it. My professional training and activities include massage therapy, reflexology, spiritual healing, and neurosensory coaching.
