Join us for "Technique in Motion," a 5-week journey blending practical movement technique with embodied exploration. Each session offers space to deepen your understanding of Contact Improvisation — a dance form based on shared weight, contact, momentum, and trust between partners.
Through guided exercises and playful improvisation, you’ll explore:

✨ Balance & responsive partnering
✨ Safe landings, lifts & flow
✨ Confidence in movement and connection
These sessions are open to all levels — whether you're new to Contact Improvisation or an experienced mover, you'll find new discoveries each week as you build your skills step by step.
Beyond movement, each session invites playfulness, curiosity, and social connection within a warm and welcoming community.

Tarek Alnabhan, a devoted Contact Improvisation dancer and teacher based in Luxembourg, passionate about connecting people through the language of movement.
