Christmas comes to Esch: warmth, lights, and treats!
Discover the market's 24 food and craft stalls and enjoy concerts and entertainment on the main stage every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The traditional Saint Nicholas Parade will pass through Rue de l'Alzette on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
The bearded figure dressed in red and so adored by children will leave Place de la Résistance at 2:30 p.m. to join the Christmas Market on Place de l'Hôtel de Ville.
Once he arrives at his destination, at around 4:00 p.m. he will proceed with another wonderful tradition of the Saint Nicholas Parade: the eagerly awaited handing out of bags of sweets, of course. And every child present at that moment will be entitled to a bag.
