Casino Display invites you to an evening celebrating the enchantment of Nordic nature. Musician Grift and visual artist Alexandra Uppman combine their talents to create a shared atmosphere merging music and visual arts, inspired by the mysteries and splendor of nature.
Biographies
Grift, also known as Erik Gärdefors, hailing from VästerGötland, Sweden, combines folk music, atmospheric metal, and ambient sounds rooted in local folklore. He has performed at various festivals, including Roadburn Festival (NL) and L’Homme Sauvage (FR).
Alexandra Uppman, a Swedish-speaking artist based in Luxembourg, connects her Nordic origins with her artistic practice. Her creations include drawing, sculpture, and immersive elements inspired by the forest. Her works have been exhibited at the MNAHA Museum (LU) and Luxembourg Art Week.
