The renowned family-owned and artisanal Papyllon Brewery in Sierck-les-Bains offers tours (minimum 6 people) of its facilities with a presentation of their expertise. This will include a tasting of their "Jingle Beer" Christmas beer, a dunkelweiss (amber) spiced with Sichuan pepper.
