Spontaneous Meditation (or Sahaja Yoga) is for anyone who wants to discover their true Self—filled with peace, joy, and love for themselves and others. The technique involves awakening a subtle, nurturing, and benevolent energy that resides in the sacrum, at the base of the spine, and is called Kundalini. The gentle awakening of Kundalini energy and Self-Realization naturally lead to a true meditative state, that of thoughtless awareness. During the session, we will learn to quiet our thoughts by nurturing the qualities of our energy centers. Together, we will share tips for maintaining daily balance, learn how to meditate at home, and much more. This is a hands-on workshop that includes guided meditation, videos, music, and time for questions and discussion. The session is free!
