The Gourmet & Chocolate Fair is the unmissable event for epicureans and lovers of authentic flavors in the Grand Est region.
It brings together numerous exhibitors offering a wide variety of products that combine local traditions, gourmet innovations, and discoveries from around the world. A true sensory and gustatory escape, the Salon offers visitors – both individuals and professionals – the opportunity to sample enticing products in a friendly atmosphere, while finding inspiration for their next meals with family or friends.
For this third edition, the event is organized around four major gastronomic themes:
• Sweet and savory gourmet grocery
• Chocolate and pastry shop
• Local artisans
• Beverages: wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks
The Salon will also offer several activities to enhance the visitor experience, including professional and amateur competitions, cooking and baking workshops, culinary demonstrations, and dedicated tasting areas. The 2026 edition will immerse visitors in a winter atmosphere inspired by the theme "Winter and Snow-Covered Mountains."
