This course guides parents through the early days of life with a baby and as a family. In a safe and supportive space, parents can build new connections, share their worries, and gather new strength for daily life. Following an initial short relaxation exercise, a variety of topics will be discussed weekly, followed by an open exchange period.

Target audience: future parents and parents with babies up to 12 months. Thematic sessions bookable individually. Thematic agenda from 14:00 to 16:00: 12.01.26: Bonding through touch; 19.01.26: Breastfeeding/Bottle Feeding; 26.01.26: Babywearing; 02.02.26: A child, a village, and me; 09.02.26: Starting solids; 23.02.26: Sleep; 02.03.26: Diaper time as bonding time; 09.03.26: Life as a family.
