A safe and trusting space to discuss a universal topic that remains taboo for many. The morning event, led by Planning Familial, invites children and teenagers from age 10 and up, accompanied by an adult from their circle, to join a sharing moment about menstruation, bodily changes, and the emotions that come with them.
In a caring and respectful setting, participants can ask questions, share experiences, and break down misconceptions to better understand and support periods of transition. The session ends with a short visit to the Et Leeft exhibition, focused on the evolution of menstrual products over the past two centuries. This is a special opportunity to break taboos, open up dialogue, and learn together.
