Rodrigo y Gabriela are a Mexican acoustic guitar duo known for their dynamic instrumental fusion of classic rock, heavy metal, and Latin melodies and rhythms. Since the release of their self-titled album in 2006, which topped the Irish charts, the duo has won a worldwide audience with original tracks like "Tamacún" and "Ixtapa," as well as revolutionary covers of classics such as Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway To Heaven” and Metallica’s “Orion.” Rodrigo y Gabriela earned a 2020 GRAMMY® Award for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album and continue to perform around the globe.
