We are delighted to welcome you to our accessible yoga series, lovingly designed for our wonderful queer community and all its diversity. These sessions emphasize meditation and relaxation, rather than movement. They are ideal for those who find traditional yoga too intense or who are simply looking for a gentler, more empowering approach.
A small clarification: these sessions are not recommended during pregnancy.
We look forward to breathing, relaxing and recharging together, in a space dedicated to queer joy and collective rest.
Who is Nonie?
Nonie grew up in a family where yoga was a part of everyday life, nurturing a practice that has been deeply ingrained in her since childhood. After six years of intensive Power Yoga training in India, she began teaching during the pandemic, turning her passion into a full-time profession. Her sessions are carefully designed to be inclusive and accessible, and encourage self-love, mindfulness, and a deeper connection between body and mind.
