The new musical partnership between David Munnelly and Macdara Ó Faoláin is based on a foundation of curiosity, similar backgrounds, and friendship.
Both are rooted in traditional Irish music, but wish to transcend genre boundaries, drawing inspiration from jazz and classical music.
and other folk music from around the world in order to create a sound that is uniquely their own.
With a particular focus on composition, this new project aims to take the public on a musical journey through music and song.
