FEDAS Luxembourg is organizing the Social Sector Day for the third year!
Theme 2026: When artificial intelligence meets society: towards a responsible and ethical transformation
Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to attend conferences addressing the challenges and impacts of artificial intelligence in the social sector, in order to:
- Understand the foundations and current uses of AI in the social sector.
- Identify the opportunities offered by AI to improve social services while preserving human values.
- Debate the ethical issues: data protection, algorithmic bias, respect for human dignity.
- To promote a responsible and inclusive approach to technological innovation in social practices in Luxembourg.
At the same time, visitors will be able to explore the booths of our federation's members and other stakeholders in the social sector. These booths will showcase their organizations, their missions, and available job opportunities. The goal is to help students, those registered with ADEM (the Luxembourg employment agency), and the general public gain a better understanding of the social sector, inspire vocations, and encourage people to join this field, in response to the current staffing shortage.
Registration is free but mandatory for participation in the conferences. Access to the booths is free and open to all, without prior registration.
