What if we went further together?
After a first day full of exchanges and experiments, Äerdschëff asbl invites you to the second part of the Forum Theatre, on Saturday, February 7, at CITIM in Luxembourg City.
You don't need to have participated in the first part to join us. Whether you're discovering Forum Theatre for the first time or you'd like to extend the experience, you're welcome!
Here, we don't just sit in the dark watching a story unfold. A scene opens, a deadlock arises… and the audience intervenes. Everyone can come on stage, try out a different approach, propose an alternative, experiment with a different solution. We debate, we experiment, we search together!
Forum Theatre, which originated from Augusto Boal's Theatre of the Oppressed, is a powerful tool for addressing social, environmental, and civic issues through concrete situations. No prior theatre experience is necessary: curiosity and a desire to participate are all that's needed!
Why come?
To experience a participatory, accessible and stimulating moment
To collectively explore possible courses of action in response to real-life situations
To meet other citizens, associations and committed stakeholders
To nurture the collective imagination and move from debate to experimentation
Whether you are a curious citizen, a member of an association, a student, a teacher or simply looking for new ways of thinking about collective action: your place is on stage… or right next to it.
