For the ninth consecutive year, PwC Luxembourg, Baker McKenzie and Amcham are celebrating International Women's Day (IWD) as a key moment to reflect on advancing gender equality.

Each year, a group of inspiring and daring speakers sparks an authentic and thought-provoking conversation about opportunities and challenges regarding gender balance and inclusion in today's world. This year's theme: #GiveToGain.

Mentoring and role modelling remain essential, but in 2026, women need proactive advocates who speak up for them where decisions are made. This edition highlights the power of sponsorship as a catalyst for equal opportunities and career advancement.

Nicolas Schmit, former European Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights, will join as Guest Speaker, bringing his experience in employment rights and social inclusion. An exceptional panel of leaders will further enrich the discussion.
