Philosophy workshop with Nora Schleich

This workshop focuses on the foundations of human knowledge as developed by Immanuel Kant: What can I know? You will receive a brief introduction to Kantian thinking, which revolutionized understanding of knowledge in 1781. No prior knowledge is required – the topic will be approached gently.

Key questions will be explored: What can humans actually know? When do statements about our world become mere speculation or metaphysical ideas? Why are dogmatic methods of philosophy unsuitable for gaining knowledge? The critical method, which deals with the conditions of knowledge, will be presented as the only way to avoid speculation.

We will delve into these topics together.
