"Look within yourself, you are Heaven and Earth." Hildegard von Bingen
I invite you to this second workshop dedicated to Hildegard of Bingen, a 12th-century woman of light, whose teachings celebrate the power of Life in all things.
This workshop can be experienced independently of the previous one.
At the heart of her thought shines Viriditas, the “green force”: the energy of growth and fertility that God breathes into the Cosmos and every living being. Spring is its most radiant image. For Hildegard, humankind participates in this impulse. We are microcosms destined to blossom in harmony with Creation.
We will explore new aspects of Hildegardian nutrition, where each food carries a particular virtue, a vibrant quality that can either support or weaken our balance. We will also discover other emblematic plants and their uses in daily life.
Finally, we will connect certain stones to the elements and to spring energy, in order to understand how they can accompany our own inner renewal.
Through this workshop, we will seek to revive within ourselves this cosmic sap: to harmonize our way of life, our choices, our feelings, in order to align ourselves with the living rhythm of the universe.
This workshop is intended as an invitation to let the sap flow again within us: to nourish the body, soothe the soul, open the mind, and find our rightful place in the great living fabric of the Cosmos.
