Exhibition - What is the place of women in society?
An immersive textile exhibition in three movements. Enter, participate, look, feel, and listen.
Textile artist, costume designer, and researcher in textile language, Tatiana Bifouri explores fabric as a living territory: a space of memory, resistance, and rebirth. Her exhibition "What is the place of women in society? " is rooted in an intimate and radical experience: a career change after burnout, a creative rebirth experienced through the prism of gender and social constraints.
Through nine silhouettes, the artist invites you to discover the female condition and its invisible tensions in three movements: the multifunctional woman, liberation, and carrying. Here, textiles become an emotional and political language: folds, raw edges, and seams tell what words leave unsaid. Between sculpture and clothing, between the intimate and the universal, Tatiana Bifouri constructs a committed and sensitive work. A poetic journey through the female condition, a tribute to those who hold society together, often in silence.
