Inspired by the story of Anna Göldi, the last woman executed for witchcraft in 1782 in Switzerland, this stage investigation explores the making of scapegoats and the erasure of voices. On stage, archives, stories, and reenactments come together in an evolving production. After four weeks of research, the creation is halfway through: the performers experiment with role shifts, scenes are still moving, and hypotheses are being revised. This residency showing is an opportunity to share a fragment of the process, a living work in progress.
