Organised by the Embassy of Italy in Luxembourg and LUCA, in collaboration with the Camera di Commercio Italo-Lussemburghese, this event is part of the Italian Design Day – an annual initiative celebrating Italian creativity and innovation. The 2026 edition, titled “Redesign – Regenerating spaces, objects, relationships, ideas”, highlights how thoughtful design can enhance everyday life and reduce social inequalities.
In this context, the lecture "Almost Nothing" presents Fosbury Architecture’s approach to architecture as a process that goes far beyond the construction of new buildings. Starting from the existing, the practice develops design approaches that favour reuse over new construction, reinterpreting and reactivating spaces and structures to preserve their history and identity.
