In the Ellergronn nature area, we discover and collect herbs and plants that grow in spring. With herbalist Christiane Laures, we learn to identify and cook them to create various tasting experiences. At the end of the activity, we eat together the dishes prepared with ingredients from the forest that we have just made. Part of the workshop takes place in the Ellergronn forests.
