On Sunday, 10 May 2026, Europe Day will take place at Wiltz Castle for a festive day open to all. Come and celebrate the values of peace, unity, and diversity that define Europe.
A varied programme featuring cultural and musical highlights awaits you, with H.R.H. Grand Duke Guillaume and other distinguished guests in attendance.
This year, particular attention will be paid to local and everyday Europe, with a special focus on initiatives shaping our daily lives.
Discover Europe’s diversity by visiting the European Village from 11:00 to 18:00. At the heart of the event, the traditional European Village lets you explore the member countries of the European Union with culinary specialties, crafts, cultural displays, and info stands about European programmes in Luxembourg.
Take the opportunity to discover Wiltz and local regional attractions.
Activities include demonstrations of regional traditions like beer brewing and a guided walk organised by the Naturpark to discover the surrounding nature and heritage.
Europe Day 2026 is brought to you by the Representation of the European Commission in Luxembourg in collaboration with the European Parliament, the Luxembourg government, and the City of Wiltz.
