Zazen morning with nun Kankyo
To deepen the practice, a morning is organized for all who attend the dojo, whether regularly or not. Nun Kankyo will offer various Buddhist practices on the theme of the Earth. To register for the full morning, you must have already attended a zazen session in our dojo.
A meditation discovery workshop is offered at 9:45 a.m. for beginners.

7:45 AM - Reception
08:00-09:30 - Zazen - Kinhin - Zazen
9:30 AM - Buddhist Ceremony
9:50-10:50 - Tea, coffee, pastries; workshop with Kankyo on the movements of the practice
11:00 a.m. - Zazen - Kinhin - Teaching
12:30 PM - Closing Song
12:45 - Packed lunch, vegetarian or vegan
- Please respect the arrival times precisely, the entrance door will be closed during meditations.
- Bring loose and comfortable clothing for the activity.
- Chairs available if needed.
- Meditation cushions (zafu) provided.
- Bring a blanket or scarf to support your hands.
