Workshop combining theory and practice to discover the nutritional benefits of fermented drinks such as fruit kefir, kombucha, and sparkling flower beverages.
After a theoretical introduction, you will make two preparations yourself: a fruit kefir and a sparkling flower drink.
An accessible and friendly workshop, which will allow you to understand the basics of fermentation and leave with preparations to enjoy at home.
The instructor provides all necessary materials. A fee of €12.50 per person is payable directly to the instructor.
