Workshop "Yoga & Anatomy" - Hips & Psoas: stability, mobility, and freedom of movement
Course: Workshop "Yoga & Anatomy" - Hips & Psoas: stability, mobility, and freedom of movement
Trained in the method of Dr. Bernadette de Gasquet, I guide you towards a more conscious, respectful, and effective yoga practice. Here, it's not just about "doing postures," but understanding how and why to practice them, in connection with breathing and alignment.
I offer a series of workshops combining accessible anatomy and guided practice. Each independent workshop provides you with concrete points of reference to protect the back, perineum, and joints, as well as simple tools to integrate into your daily life.
Open to everyone—practitioners, teachers, or people resuming practice—with one goal: to make you self-sufficient.
Workshop: Hips & Psoas – stability and freedom of movement
The psoas, an essential deep muscle, plays a key role in posture, the back, and breathing. This workshop helps you understand it better to regain both stability and mobility, without strain.
With a clear approach and targeted exercises, you will learn to distinguish between stretching and releasing, understand the impact of the psoas on the lower back and pelvis, and improve your overall posture.
Ideal for athletes, people with lower back tension, and practitioners wishing to gain confidence in standing postures and fluidity in their movements.
To Bring: - Yoga Mat, Two Yoga Blocks, A Non-elastic Yoga Strap.
Please note that the venue does not have changing rooms or showers.
