Mémoire en Fil – Costumes of Yesterday, Identities of Today is an intercultural and social cohesion artistic program, taking the form of a series of participatory workshops and a collective textile exhibition, accompanied by an experimental documentary. It uses textile work as a tool for transformation and is based on sharing and creation. The program brings together women from various cultural backgrounds around an approach of creation, memory, and exchange. Through the CreBIF™ Method — The Art of Rebirth Through Gesture, guided by an artistic team, participants will reinterpret traditional costumes and cultural practices in a contemporary way. The creations from the workshops will be presented at a public event and a collective exhibition organized during the 2026 International Cultural Diversity Week. An experimental documentary will accompany the final event, documenting the human and artistic process.
